How it works:

  • Book Anytime: Secure your date and meet your planner as early as you’d like. We’ll kick things off with an initial planning session to get to know your vision and priorities.

  • Monthly Check-Ins: Stay on track with regular monthly check-ins until we hit the 12-week mark.

  • The Takeover Begins: At 12 weeks out, we step in fully—providing weekly check-ins, personalized to-do lists, and recap emails to keep you organized and confident.

  • On-Site Support: On your wedding day, you’ll have 1–2 dedicated assistants (based on your guest count and event needs) ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Comprehensive Coordination: Includes all services from our original Final Stretch package—vendor management, timeline creation, rehearsal coordination, and more.
